Founder / Licensed Psychologist | OCD & Anxiety Specialist

Dr. Victoria Wacha is a licensed clinical psychologist with 27 years of clinical experience and specialized expertise in the treatment of OCD and anxiety disorders. After many years working across a range of mental health conditions, Dr. Wacha pursued advanced training in Exposure and Response Prevention and increasingly devoted her clinical work to treating OCD and anxiety. Her approach is active, collaborative, and compassionate. She understands that ERP can initially feel intimidating, particularly when OCD targets the things a person cares about most. Treatment is designed to help clients approach their fears at a manageable pace while learning that they don't have to answer every doubt, eliminate every uncomfortable feeling, or achieve absolute certainty before moving forward.
Dr. Wacha is authorized to provide interjurisdictional telepsychology through PSYPACT, allowing her to work with eligible clients located in participating states.
She is also the author of Climbing Above OCD: A 12-Week Exposure and Response Prevention Workbook.
