Dr. Victoria Wacha, PhD has extensive experience working with adolescents and adults struggling with the full spectrum of anxiety disorders and OCD. Over the last 25+ years she has worked in multiple therapeutic settings with a variety of populations experiencing mild to extreme mental health difficulties which has given her deep knowledge and expertise in OCD and anxiety. Dr. Wacha is professionally trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and CTSA certified in Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), which is the gold standard for the treatment of OCD. She works collaboratively and provides a safe, nonjudgmental environment for you to gain insight into your problems, lean into your discomfort and courageously face your fears. Dr. Wacha will help you to identify and challenge your beliefs, thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in order to live a fulfilling life. Dr. Wacha sees clients both in-person and via secure telehealth.

Kayla Hemming, MA, is a licensed associate counselor with a passion for helping individuals navigate their mental health journeys. Kayla specializes in treating children. She also works with adolescents and adults. With specialized experience treating OCD, anxiety disorders, phobias, depression, and autism spectrum disorders, she approaches therapy with a focus on compassion, empathy and collaboration. Kayla is clinically trained in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Mindfulness. She is an expert in ERP and CBT and receives weekly consultation in order to continue advancing her expertise in treating OCD. Kayla offers virtual sessions via a HIPPA compliant telehealth platform.

She has experience working in multiple therapeutic settings including hospitals, group practices, and Intensive Outpatient Programs. Emily strives to meet her clients where they are and to ensure they are heard and supported. She values the therapeutic relationship and takes time to get to know her clients in order to understand their wants, needs and goals. Emily specializes in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP). Emily works with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD, phobias, low self-esteem, and identity conflicts. She participates in weekly consultation to further hone her skills in ERP. She offers in-person and virtual therapy via a HIPPA compliant telehealth platform.
