About the practice

At the forefront of treating OCD and the full spectrum of anxiety disorders, we are dedicated to providing data driven, evidence-based treatment to support your path to healing. We are experts in our field and have advanced training and knowledge in implementing ERP and CBT, the gold standard for treating OCD and anxiety. We also utilize ACT to enhance your treatment when appropriate.

Our Treatment Modalities

Exposure Response Prevention (ERP)

ERP gradually exposes you to your obsessions and/or fears in a safe environment while helping you to not engage in rituals or compulsive behavior in an effort to neutralize your distress.

Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT)

CBT looks at how your thoughts influence your emotions and behaviors. Utilizing CBT we guide you to challenge your unhelpful thinking patterns so that you can have balanced and unbiased thoughts. Unbiased thoughts lead to a decrease in anxiety and an increase in mood.

Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)
